est le contentieux de toutes les contestations soulev\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019occasion des \u00e9lections. A travers la Direction des Affaires Juridiques, le Conseil a pris soin de fixer et de clarifier le r\u00f4le et la responsabilit\u00e9 des juges \u00e9lectoraux ainsi que la modalit\u00e9 de leur recrutement. Ce texte r\u00e9glementaire a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 une organisation beaucoup plus rigoureuse du contentieux \u00e9lectoral tout en renfor\u00e7ant la transparence.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ces r\u00e8glements ont aussi compl\u00e9t\u00e9 les dispositions du d\u00e9cret \u00e9lectoral notamment ceux concernant les proc\u00e9dures et les d\u00e9lais applicables devant les organes contentieux.
